If you were a previous client at The Garden Salon, you will not be able to log in with your usual password, even if your email address is the same.  This is because our new system is completely new software; therefore you must register and be emailed your new password.  Here are step-by-step instructions for retrieving your new password:

>  From the online booking homepage , click Register on the bottom half of the screen.

>  Enter your email address twice

>  1 of 2 things will happen:

1)    If you have previously given us your email address, you will be redirected to a new page.  It will list your name as an existing activated account, and instruct you to click the Login button next to your name, which will send you your password.

2)   If you did not previously provide us with your email address, you will need to continue filling out the registration page with the information you wish to provide.  (Please note: you must provide your email address if you wish to book online.)

⁃    Leave the password section blank and once you have filled out all the fields you wish to complete, click Continue.

⁃    You will be redirected back to the booking homepage and it will look as though you did not successfully register.  However, if you check your email account, you should have received an email confirming your registration.  Listed in that email is your new password.

>  Return to the online booking homepage, enter your email address and new password and click Login.

If you are a new client at The Garden Salon, please click Register and fill out all fields you wish to complete.  You will need to create your own password.

Cancellations at The Garden Salon:

▫    Cancellations made on the day of the appointment will incur a fee of $20.

▫    If a client has made no attempt to contact the salon requesting a cancellation and does not show up for their appointment, they will also be charged a fee of $20 at their next visit.

Note:  Our cancellation policy does make exceptions for extreme emergencies.  We do not make exceptions for a client’s work-related conflicts; please schedule your appointments with care.
▫    If for any reason The Garden Salon needs to cancel or move an appointment due to unexpected scheduling conflicts, the client will be given a $20 gift card.
